Scope of work
- Site survey and 4×4 video wall layout design
- Supply and installation of 16 AOC 55" video wall displays
- Video wall bracket mounting and panel-to-panel alignment
- Video, power, and control cabling to all panels
- Video wall controller configuration for full-screen, split, and multi-source layouts
- Installation and configuration of Polycom EagleEye Director camera (automatic speaker tracking)
- Integration of video conferencing with the video wall and room audio system
- Functional testing, color and brightness calibration across panels
- Operator training and project handover
