Scope of work
- Site survey and triangle tower condition assessment
- Work method statement, JSA, and HSE work permit preparation
- Removal of wireless antennas, HT antennas, and radio equipment
- Removal of feeder, data, and power cables
- Removal of grounding cables and lightning protection
- Section-by-section tower dismantling from top to bottom
- Removal of guy wires and anchors
- Work area safety barricading during dismantling
- Collection, inventory, and transport of salvaged materials
- Site cleanup and restoration after completion
