AIS and Camera Installation
Installation of an AIS (Automatic Identification System) and surveillance cameras at the PT Bumi Karunia Pertiwi (Harum Energy Group) terminal/jetty in Gunung Timang, North Barito. The AIS primarily monitors vessel identity, position and movement (tugboats & barges) in real time along the Barito River, complemented by cameras for visual monitoring of the jetty area. Both systems are mandatory to meet port owner/operator requirements under the Indonesian Minister of Transportation Regulation.
Scope of work
- Site survey and placement planning for AIS, antennas and cameras in the jetty area
- Installation of AIS base station with VHF and GPS antennas
- Antenna mast/mounting installation with grounding and lightning protection
- Real-time monitoring of vessel identity, position, speed and heading (tugboats & barges) passing and berthing
- Installation of surveillance cameras (fixed & PTZ) for visual monitoring of the jetty and river channel
- NVR installation for video recording and storage
- Data, power and supporting network cabling
- Integration of AIS and camera data into the monitoring/control room
- Configuration, commissioning and operator training
- Technical documentation to support compliance with Ministry of Transportation requirements
